PILATES FOUNDATIONS

Learn the foundations of Pilates and master the form and technique on the mat. These classes will help students develop core strength and stability while heightening their mind-body awareness.

Foundation classes will also allow you to build a base for higher-level Pilates exercises as well as with other sports or exercises.

PILATES SCULPT

A slower moving mat class for a full-body workout that will enhance your endurance, core strength, and muscle tone. It fuses elements of classic Pilates with added props designed to strengthen, sculpt and define your body.

This class is dynamic movement with upbeat music.

PILATES STRENGTH (Weights)

This class takes the Pilates principles and helps you build strength with additional weights, and moves to integrate these movements into your everyday life. Slower moving compared to our Sculpt or Sweat classes. Think squatting, bending, twisting, reaching, standing work and balance.

PILATES SWEAT

Pilates Sweat is a full-body workout that will enhance your muscle tone and improve your core strength. It fuses elements of classic Pilates with added props designed to sculpt and define your body in a heated room.

This class is dynamic movement with upbeat music.

PILATES FIRE

Pilates Fire features a unique and exhaustive list of core-centered exercises and flows, sequenced together to elevate your body, mind, spirit, and athletic ability.

Pilates Fire is a bodyweight, low impact, high-intensity program that emphasizes igniting your body with heat and powerful exercises to create long lean muscles.

PRE/POST NATAL PILATES

Created with all stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery in mind, our Torque Pilates Pre & Postnatal classes are safe, educational, and specifically designed to empower you as you navigate your pregnancy, prepare for labor, and recover after birth.
