This cardio-weight HIIT class will have you squatting, lunging, swinging, crunching, and sweating your way to great results. Boost your metabolism, groove a little with the great music, and tone your lower body using weights kettlebells, bands, bodyweight, and aerobics!

All levels. Different weights to accommodate every fitness level.

UPPER BODY SCULPT (45 min)

Grab your weights and come get toned, stronger, and more confident during our 45-minute Upper Body Sculpt class.

Build your arms and upper body using a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight, and props. The music will fuel your fire and our instructors will encourage you to keep pushing and walk out of class feeling powerful.
